WE WANT YOU
YOUR TASKS

  • You will work with the dev team to identify test requirements and plan testing for features, builds and releases of our web application, backend and API code
  • You will implement unit, component, behavior, integration and E2E tests using latest test frameworks
  • You will integrate tests in our CI and CD pipeline
  • You will attend daily meeting with your dev team and report on test results and issues
  • You will record test results, generate feedback to the dev team and diagnose issues discovered during the testing phase
  • You will create clear and detailed bug reports
  • You will help the QA team to drive continuous process improvements and automation
  • You will optimize existing tests and improve our CuT KPI


YOUR PROFILE

  • You are self-driven and proactive
  • You are passionate about software and process quality and quickly pick up new technologies
  • You have experience testing modern single-page web-based applications, server and API code
  • You have experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Applitools, Galen, Appium, Calabash, Espresso
  • You have proven experience with test integration into CI/CD
  • You have experience in at least of programming language (Java, JavaScript, .NET, Python)
  • You have a track record of at least 2 years as agile tester
  • You have excellent knowledge in state-of-the-art tools, technologies, services and methods of test management
  • You have superior attention to detail
  • You have worked in agile software development teams before
  • You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You have an analytical mind and always strive to optimize your daily routines

Deine Aufgaben

  • Gemeinsam mit unserem Entwicklungsteam ermittelst Du den Testbedarf und planst Tests für Features, Builds und Releases unserer Webanwendung, des Backends und API Codes.
  • Du implementierst Unit-, Komponenten-, Verhaltens-, Integrations- und E2E-Tests auf Grundlage der neuesten Testumgebung.
  • Du integrierst Tests in unsere CI- und CD-Pipelines.
  • Du nimmst an täglichen Meetings mit unserem Entwicklungsteam teil und lieferst Berichte über Testergebnisse und Probleme ab.
  • Du dokumentierst Testergebnisse, gibst Feedback an das Entwicklungsteam weiter und erstellst Fehlerdiagnosen, die sich im Laufe der Testphase ergeben haben.
  • Du erstellst prägnante und detaillierte Fehlerberichte.
  • Du unterstützt das QA-Team bei der kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung und –automatisierung.
  • Du optimierst bestehende Tests und verbesserst unsere CuT KPI.

Dein Profil

  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und ergreifst Initiative.
  • Deine Leidenschaft sind Softwaresysteme, Du begeisterst Dich für Prozessqualität und beherrschst den Umgang mit neuen Technologien schnell.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung beim Testen von modernen Single-Page webbasierten Anwendungen, von Servern und API Code mit.
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen mit Tools, die für die Testautomatisierung genutzt werden – wie Selenium, Applitools, Galen, Appium, Calabash, Espresso – gesammelt.
  • Du verfügst nachweislich über Erfahrungen mit der Integration von Tests in CI/CD.
  • Du beherrschst mindestens eine Programmiersprache (Java, JavaScript, .NET, Python)
  • Du hast bereits mindestens 2 Jahre als Agiler Tester gearbeitet.
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse modernster Tools, Technologien, Dienste und Methoden des Testmanagements.
  • Du arbeitest sehr gründlich und gewissenhaft.
  • Du hast in der Vergangenheit bereits in agilen Softwareentwicklungs-Team gearbeitet.
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mündlich und schriftlich).
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du verfügst über gute analytische Fähigkeiten und bist ständig bestrebt, Deine täglichen Arbeitsabläufe zu optimieren.
